ph673 Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the ph673 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of ph673.app. By accessing the ph673 website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph673 may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, ph673 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph673 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To register and use the ph673 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph673, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph673 platform.

ph673 takes underage gambling seriously. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm a player's age and identity. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ph673's sole discretion. If you are aware of any underage person accessing ph673, please contact our support team immediately.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph673. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph673 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ph673 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph673 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph673 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ph673 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ph673 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph673 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. ph673 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph673 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph673 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary. ph673 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. ph673 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or in cases where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph673 account.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ph673 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph673 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

ph673 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ph673 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• ph673 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or engaged in bonus fraud.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive promotional offers.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on ph673 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph673 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• ph673 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ph673 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by ph673 at any time.
• ph673 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph673 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ph673 platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ph673 platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ph673 software or systems.
• Using the ph673 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph673 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or ph673 staff.

All content on the ph673 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph673 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph673 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph673 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph673 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ph673 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph673 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph673's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph673 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ph673 platform at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

ph673 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, ph673 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to ph673.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph673 platform shall first be submitted to ph673's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

ph673 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
